Taking tests, exams, and doing reports after thanksgiving break sucks. Beating yourself up for the next two weeks just to hardly pass is exhausting. Wishing you could pay someone to do all the hard work for you while you sit back and relax. But you don’t have any money, you’re broke. Not even $2 to your name. A light goes off and you get a bright idea, something you know can never fail.
What do students crave the most, what always brings them to events? Food, every student loves free food, they can’t pass it up. But you don’t have the money for food. You don’t need money, you have meal swipes and points.
Duhh!! How could this not work? They’re tired of eating noodles and instant mashed potatoes. If they do this assignment, then they can grub on all the dining hall and campus store food they want.
Tyler, an MCOM major, thought of this idea. He lingered around campus with this inspector gadget trench coat and beat up fedora. Waiting for a chance to take the cheap way out of doing his finals. A student walked next to him and he loudly whispered, “ Free meal swipes, $100 in points for just a small price.” The student kept walking by, not paying him any attention. He tried again with another student, “ 10 meal swipes, $150 in points, please I just need a favor.”
The student stopped and approached Tyler. The student proceeded to ask him, “What kind of favor you need?” Tyler took off his hat and mumbled, “ Just 2 essays and one research paper due in 2 days, take what you want.” Hearing the due date and the assignments, the student rolled his eyes and left.
Tyler looked defeated, he knew his time was coming to an end. Maybe he could just do the assignment himself but he was too cool for that. He kept on begging on the path. Screaming that he would give them all of his meal swipes and points. But no one gave in. Maybe he shouldn’t have waited 48 hours before the deadline, there would have been some chance for him. He was defeated, picked up his card and decided to do the assignment himself.
