Back in March, with the 140th anniversary of the College coming up, our professional street interviewer team (not to be confused with our Ragebait TikTok street interviewer team) asked several students around the site of Old Main about what the building meant to them. This exercise likely just raised even more questions about how clueless each of the interviewees was
“It’s just the dorm for the total narcissists, right?” Said one student. Some trends could still be observed; however, one being that an association with ‘The Alamo’ site in Texas kept coming up. Meanwhile, another student, Dave Coolidge (who wished to have his name redacted, but honestly, who’s even reading this junk?) said: “I can’t believe that this is the same building that Billy the Kid was hiding in before the fire forced him to leave.”
I understand that this relies a lot on inside humor, so lmk if you are confused. Maybe do a quick search on what Old Main is.
