Woman Hired to Act as a Mother Who Lives Vicariously Through Her Children to Make Students Feel at Home for the Holidays

With Thanksgiving approaching, not all students are able to return home for the holidays. Drew University has combated the loneliness epidemic on campus during the holiday by hiring a woman specifically to go around campus acting as a mother who lives vicariously through her children.

She has been seen giving students instruments and sports equipment and telling them that she “sacrificed everything for them, so they can’t fail!!”.

Reports from administration say she was only hired for a day, but she still frequents the EC and commons in character. It is advised to beware, and if you have more information to contact the authorities.
